Restore Health & Wellness is a multi-disciplinary allied health clinic located in St Leonards on Sydneys North Shore. We have a team of health practitioners who are highly qualified, skilled and love what they do. We offer osteopathy, chinese medicine, acupuncture and massage. At Restore we work as individuals or as a team to help you optimise your health, vibrancy and wellness.

All our practitioners are fully qualified, experienced and registered with the government registration agency AHPRA. Osteopaths must complete a 5 year masters science degree and complete standardised government examinations in order to be registered. Chinese medicine requires at least 4 years university study and registration exams for qualification and registration, as well as extensive supervised clinical practice in order to be registered by AHPRA.
PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE (HICAPS)
Owing to their advanced training and expertise all of our practitioners are recognised by private health insurance. You can therefore claim for your treatment if your policy covers you for this modality in your “extras” coverage. Best to give your insurer a call and check your policy if you are unsure. We use the HICAPS system in our clinic, which allows you to claim on the spot. Unfortunately remedial massage is not on the NSW HICAPS system yet, so we will supply you with a receipt that you can send into your health fund to claim your refund.
MEDICARE AND THE CDM PROGRAM
If you have a chronic condition your GP may have nominated you for the Chronic Disease Management Program (formally known as the Enhanced Primary Care Program or EPC). If you have been allocated treatments for osteopathy or acupuncture we can take care of you at Restore. Many of our chronic patients have been referred to us by local GP’s and their treatment is partially covered by Medicare. If you unsure of whether you are an appropriate candidate for this program, have a chat to your GP and see whether this could be the answer for you.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT & PARKING
We are a 2 minute walk from St Leonards train station and its bus terminal. There is on street parking near the clinic on Chandos Street which is metered 2 hours parking.
